I'm so excited to start meeting new faces in Tampa, and even more excited to start photographing weddings in Tampa! How would you describe your wedding photography style?
If I had to choose three words to describe my wedding photography, I would say candid, colorful and intimate. If I were to go into more detail, I like to think of my style as a mix of whimsical, classic and elegant. You will find your photography sessions to be effortless and fun and the photos tend to have an air about them that exemplifies laughter and joy and tells the story of love that is colorful, bold and full of love. I strive for my photos to exemplify the atmosphere that I love so much - imagine a beautiful sunny day on a private island on the outskirts of Tampa, windblown hair, and so many laughs next to each other.
Can you create a custom wedding photography package for our wedding?
Absolutely! I require a minimum of 6 hours of wedding day coverage and you can add items such as a second photographer, an heirloom wedding album, a print collection or an additional session such as engagement or bridal sessions. I am based out of Tampa, Florida, but I am willing and LOVE to travel! Please get in touch so we can create the perfect wedding photography package for your big day.
What is required to book our wedding date?
To hold your wedding date, I require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer equal to 1/3 of your package total. Once you let me know you’re ready to book, everything is done online. I try and make it super easy for everyone involved!
How many photos will we receive?
I photograph weddings with the intention of capturing moments rather than trying to shoot with a specific number of images in mind. As a general estimate, I deliver an average of 400-700 images. I fully believe in quality over quantity, and the final number of images will ultimately depend on the level of detail and activity happening on your wedding day. Engagement, bridal and day-after sessions typically yield 50-75 images depending on the time of day, location and level of detail and activity.
Will all the photos we receive be edited?
I edit each and every image that I deliver to you with my own special recipe. I’ll take out small blemishes, spots, etc. I won’t remove noticeable birthmarks, moles, etc. unless you specify that you want them removed. I’ll make some black and white, some color, and I’ll make sure each image is consistent throughout to tell your story in the best way. I'll also go through all of the images and remove the unflattering faces, repetitive images, and anything else that doesn't help tell the story.
We're having our wedding somewhere other than Tampa. Are you available for travel?
Of course! I love traveling! I'm based out of Tampa, but I always a suitcase ready! For 2017, I won't be charging travel to Nashville, due to the relocation. If you want to take me along for your destination wedding, get in touch and let’s put together a custom travel package based on your wedding!
